Navneet Cemtech Pvt. Ltd. in Jind (Haryana) was established in 2011 as one of the support of M/s Navneet Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. Jind (Haryana). The factory produces reinforced concrete pipes ( With Vibrated Cast Technology) for the primary and secondary industries and meets IS458-2003 standards.
Technical Engineers are employed to supervise operations in order to meet the highest quality standards to guarantee that production conforms to BIS Standards, by incorporating the latest Possible Foreign Technology.
The Pakona pipe machine fabricates all pipes as per IS-458. The production is done with the so-called centrifugation rolling process, which is a combination of centrifugation, rolling and smoothing process. Pipe machine produces pipes with a high vibration from top to bottom.
Due to the high chemical and industrial sewer water concentrations with hydrogen sulfide and other caustic chemical products which are now a days running through our sewer systems and can destroy our sewer system in due time, Navneet Cemtech has started the production of Reinforced Concrete pipes with HDPE T- lock liner sheets cast integrally within the concrete. By combining these 2 materials you get the flow coefficients and the corrosion resistance of the thermostatic liner and the structural integrity of concrete together in one product. The Pipes will be available in 300-1600MM diameters. The fabrication of jacking pipes in combination with lined pipes will also be available. They will be designed as per Delhi Jal Board Specifications.
Our Infrastructure
We have more than 7 acres of land with a covered shed area of 50,000 Sq. feet approximately. Our state of the art manufacturing is fully equipped with the fully automatic machinery, with vibrate cast technology. The company has its own road transport facility to ensure the timely and hassle free delivery of the material at consignee's site. The company has its own equipped laboratory with the latest testing equipment as per the ISI specifications.

Quality Assurance
All pipes are produced, using the "dry-cast" method and will meet the requirements of all concerned BIS specifications.
At the present scenario , Navneet pipe factory is manufacturing the best quality pipes in North India with fully Automatic pipe Machine. Cement, aggregates and reinforcement are tested in outside testing laboratory, which is equipped with the most advanced testing equipment to ensure a high quality load bearing pipe of high standard, acceptable to Government and contractors. Tests are in accordance to the project specification IS-458 and Check testing is carried out by an independent testing lab.
The following tests are normally tested at the company's laboratory in accordance with BIS.
- Hydrostatic Pressure Test.
- 3 Edges Bearing Test. (D / Load Test)
- Permeability Test.
- Sieve Analysis of Coarse and Fine Aggregates.
- Compressive Strength of Concrete Cubes.
