The process of producing india's finest quality pipes

1. Batching & Mixing Plant

Cleaned aggregates are stored in separate Bins in our Pakona Batching Plant As per their Sizes. The cement is stored in Hopper. The Pakona mixer will mix the concrete as per the specification and required quantity for our Vertical Pipe Machine.

2. Reinforcement

Spiral

We are using 4, 5, 6 MM HD Wire.

Longitudinal

We are using 6 & 8 MM M.S. Bar.

3. Pakona Pipe Machine / Moulds / Pallets

The cage shall be placed on pallet and transferred to the machine & pipe production shall be started.

4. Storage

The pipes are stored in vertical position thus avoiding any stress caused by dead weight and thermal stresses. Self Curing process takes place in a special designed area for this purpose.

5. Curing

After the production of the pipes, all the pipes shall be transferred to the curing tank for curing.
